Hi, I’m Sean Standen

I am a dedicated full-stack web developer with a passion for building dynamic and modern websites and web applications. I am passionate about creating engaging, unique, and high-performing web experiences. My technical skills include a strong command of React, Next.js, and Express, along with a solid background in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

My interest in web development began at San Diego City College, where I studied Java, C++, and Data Structures. I've since spent years independently teaching myself and mastering modern frameworks to stay ahead of industry trends. I also have experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow.

Beyond my technical skills, I am a lifelong creative. My background as a musician, which includes building websites for my own projects, has given me a unique perspective on design and user experience. I am currently expanding my knowledge in full-stack software engineering and DevOps, with a long-term goal of specializing in AI and Machine Learning.
